Does anyone have an easy homemade ice cream recipe to use with my Rival brand ice cream machine?

I don't want to buy the mix. I just want ingredients to use instead. Any favorite flavors and how?Does anyone have an easy homemade ice cream recipe to use with my Rival brand ice cream machine?

Easy Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream


Yield: 6 Servings





1 cn (14-oz.) EAGLE (R) Brand -Sweetened Condensed Milk -(not evaporated milk)


2/3 c Chocolate-flavored syrup


2 c (1 pt.) Whipping cream,


In large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream and syrup. Follow manufactures directions for your ice cream maker.


Makes about 1-1/2 quarts.





VARIATIONS





Coconut Almond: Omit chocolate syrup. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, 2 tablespoons water, 2 egg yolks and 4 teaspoons vanilla extract. Add1/2 cup toasted flaked coconut and 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds.





Coffee: Omit chocolate syrup. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, 1 tablespoon instant coffee dissolved in 2 tablespoons water, 2 beaten egg yolks and 4 teaspoons vanilla extract.


French Vanilla: Omit chocolate syrup. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, 2 tablespoons water, 2 beaten egg yolks and 4 teaspoons vanilla extract.


Lemon: Omit chocolate syrup. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, 2 tablespoons REALEMON (R) Reconstituted Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind and few drops yellow food coloring.


Mint Chocolate Chip: Omit chocolate syrup. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, 2 teaspoons peppermint extract, 3 to 4 drops green food coloring and 2 tablespoons water.Add 1/2 cup small dark chocolate-flavored baking chips.





Mocha: Dissolve 1 tablespoon instant coffee in 1 teaspoon hot water; combine with sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream and chocolate syrup.





Raspberry: Omit chocolate syrup. Thaw 1 (10-ounce) package frozen raspberries in syrup. Put into a blender, blend until smooth. In large bowl,combine raspberries and sweetened condensed milk, and whipping cream.





Strawberry: Omit chocolate syrup. Thaw 1 (10-ounce) package frozen strawberries in syrup. With blender, blend strawberries until smooth. In large bowl, combine strawberries and sweetened condensed milk and whipping cream.





Peanut Butter: Omit chocolate syrup. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, 2 tablespoons water, 2 beaten egg yolks and 1/2 cup peanut butter.





Peppermint Candy: Omit chocolate syrup. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, and 4 teaspoons vanilla extract. Add 1/4 cup crushed hard peppermint candy.





Peach: Omit chocolate syrup. Drain 1 (16-ounce) can peaches. With blender, blend until smooth. In large bowl, combine peaches, sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, 3 beaten egg yolks and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.





Butter Pecan: Omit chocolate syrup. In small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter; stir in 1/4 cup chopped pecans. In large bowl, combined sweetened condensed milk, whipping cream, 2 beaten egg yolks, 1 teaspoon maple flavoring and buttered pecans.

i wasnt sure what flavor you would like so here is a bunch of flavors
1/2 c. sugar


1 tbsp. Arrowroot


1/4 tsp. salt


4 egg yolks


2 tsp. pure vanilla extract


2 c. heavy cream this one we have used before it very good just mix everything up and put it in your ice cream maker heres a link www.cooks.com this is a very good site to find recipes for just about anything just type what you want recipes for and they give the best ones
Cherry Italian Ice








6 cups water


1 cup sugar


1 1/2 cups chopped maraschino cherries with juice.





Mix it, put it in ice cream maker and process till frozen.


Keep in freezer or surround container with salted ice.





Chocolate Italian Ice





6 cups water


1 cup sugar


1/2 - 3/4 cup Hershey's chocolate syrup.





Mix and process in ice cream maker.
