Olive Garden Alfredo Fettuccine
1 pint heavy cream
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/2 - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder, add in more to suit your taste if you prefer
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer this until all is melted, and mixed well. Add the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer this for 15 - 20 minutes over low heat.
Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.
Baked Pizza Dip
Prep: 5 min Total: 25 min
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped red pepper
BEAT cream cheese and seasonings with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread on bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and peppers.
BAKE at 350掳F for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Serve with STELLA D'ORO Breadsticks.
Makes 10 servings
Great Substitute:
Substitute 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce for pizza sauce.

serves 8
6 oz cream cheese, softened
5 tbsp butteror margerine,melted and divided
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp minced onions
2 tbsp diced pimentos
2 cans of cresent rolls
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together cream cheese and 3 tbsp melted butter
Add chicken, milk,pepper, onions and pimentos
Separate each cresent roll into 4 rectangles
Divide chicken filling and spoon in the center of each rectangle
Bring ends together and pinch shut
Brush with melted butter
Place on greased cookie sheet

Pumpkin-Cream Cheese Jelly Roll Recipe
Ingredients
ROLL
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
4 each eggs, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup canned pumpkin pie filling
1 confectioners' sugar
FILLING
12 oz cream cheese, at room temp.
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate
1 pieces
1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds,
1 toasted and coarsely chopped
Directions
1) Prepare Roll: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line jelly-roll pan with
waxed paper. Coat with nonstick cooking spray.
2) Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a
small bowl.
3) Beat eggs in large bowl at medium speed for 2 minutes or until
slightly thickened. Beat in sugar, a tablespoon at a time; continue
beating until very thick and lemon colored, 5 to 7 minutes. On lowest
speed, beat in pumpkin just until blended. With rubber spatula, fold
in flour mixture in 2 batches. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
4) Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until top of cake
springs back when lightly touched in center. Generously sieve
confectioners' sugar over clean kitchen towel. When cake is done,
immediately loosen edges; invert onto towel. Remove waxed paper.
Sprinkle cake with additional confectioners' sugar. From a short end,
roll up cake with towel, jelly-roll fashion. Let cool on wire rack
for 1 hour.
5) Meanwhile, prepare filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
in bowl for 5 to 8 minutes until creamy. Stir in chocolate and
almonds.
6) Unroll cake. Spread with cheese mixture. Reroll without towel.
Refrigerate at least for 4 hours or overnight, covered.
make a crumb base with graham cracker crumbs %26amp; melted butter, press into the base of a 9'; pie dish,
mix 1lb (2 blocks) of cream cheese with about 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar, and that is your basic cheesecake mix.
you can add loads of different things to it after that, maybe cherry pie filling on the top, or lemon pie filling on the crumb base, then cheesecake mix on top of that (some white chocolate chips mixed in to the cheesecake mix is well nice)
or use an oreo crumb base then cookies %26amp; cream chocolate chopped and mixed in with cheese is soooo good -
the possibilities are endless, so long as you don't put eggs in the cheesecake mix you don't have to bake it - just chill it till the cheesecake is firm.

Four Layer Chocolate Dessert
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans, optional
Mix the above ingredients %26amp; bake in 9x13 pan for 15 min. at 350掳. Cool crust.
Mix:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Classic Cheesecake
1 陆 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 T. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
4 pkgs. (8 oz ea) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 325掳 if using a silver 9'; springform pan (or to 300掳 if using a dark nonstick pan). Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan.
Beat cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and vanilla with mixer on med. speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each egg just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from side of pan; cool before removing side of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
Ooey Gooey Lemon Cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 - 18陆 oz. lemon cake mix
陆 c. softened butter

Cream together cream cheese %26amp; butter. Stir in egg %26amp; vanilla. Add cake mix %26amp; stir until well blended. Refrigerate for 30 min. Roll into 1'; balls %26amp; refrigerate for 30 more min. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Bake at 350掳 for 10-13 min.

Cream Cheese-Banana-Nut Bread
戮 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
陆 t. baking powder
陆 t. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 陆 c. bananas, mashed (about 4 medium)
陆 t. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped %26amp; toasted
陆 t. vanilla
Beat butter %26amp; cream cheese at med. speed until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until light %26amp; fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture, beating at low speed just until blended. Stir in bananas, pecans, %26amp; vanilla. Spoon batter into 2 greased %26amp; floured 8 x 4'; loafpans. Bake at 350掳 for 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire racks for 10 min. Remove from pans, and cool 30 min. before slicing.
Cherry Chewbilees (Cheesecake)
Crust:
1 c. nuts, divided
1 录 c. flour
陆 c. brown sugar
陆 c. butter
陆 c. coconut
Filling:
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 or 2 cans cherry pie filling
Heat oven to 350掳. Grease 13x9 pan, set aside. Chop 陆 c. nuts coarsely for topping. Set aside.
Chop remaining 陆 c. finely.
For crust: Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until fine crumbs form. Add 陆 c. finely chopped nuts and coconut. Mix well. Remove 陆 c. of mixture, set aside. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of pan. Bake at 350掳 for 12-15 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
For filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in bowl until smooth. Spread over hot baked crust. Return to oven. Bake 15 minutes (maybe longer).
Spread cherry pie filling over cheese layer. Combine reserved coarsely chopped nuts and reserved crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over cherries. Return to oven. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Refrigerate several hours.
Cream Cheese Mints
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. mint extract
1/8 tsp. (green) food coloring
Add powdered sugar to cream cheese, mix well. Add mint then food coloring. Roll into balls and flatten on cookie sheet.
Chill 1 陆 hours, flip, and chill another 1 陆 hours.
