How do I turn thickened cream into whipped cream?

Christmas emergency. How do you get thickened cream to whip up?How do I turn thickened cream into whipped cream?
beat the tar out of itHow do I turn thickened cream into whipped cream?
sugar and a beater
Do you mean just heavy whipping cream? If it's a carton of cream, just grab a hand mixer and beat it until it becomes whipped cream. You can do it by hand with a wisk, but it's more work.

You'll want to add some sugar and maybe a dash of vanilla. Incorporate both as you are mixing and add the sugar a little at a time so you don't deflate the whipped cream.
It's name is cream of tartar and you find it in the spice section
Just beat it yea beat it
cream of tart.
Add the cream, and whip quickly with a wire whisk until the cream is slightly thickened. Now add the sugar and any flavorings. Continue to whip until cream forms soft peaks. Don't whip beyond the soft-peak stage, because the cream will get stiff and curdle. Whipped cream made with good-quality cream should last for 24-hours.
Chill your beaters and the metal bowl. Have the cream extra cold but not frozen. Add some vanilla and enough sugar to sweeten and beat until it holds shape.
beat it then add vanilla extract for the vanilla taste and kep it chilled
