Permethrin is an insecticide so if you have a sensitive skin, you might react to it. If it was me, I'd only put it where the mites are.

Permethrin cream question?(for mites/scabies)?
The directions on my tube of permethrin cream say apply from head to toe...should i put it on my face and scalp as well? I have really sensitive skin and will it damage my hair? Thanks in advance..ugh what a pain in the butt!Permethrin cream question?(for mites/scabies)?
