What's the difference between coffee cream and regular cream?

I love cream in my coffee. The grocery store now has ';Coffee Cream'; What's the difference between that and regular light cream. Is there more or less fat?What's the difference between coffee cream and regular cream?

Coffee Creamer is artificial stuff - regular cream is 1/2%26amp;1/2 and is the real deal - comes from a cow.
The percentage of fat plays a big part of the equation.





The cream for example at Tim Hortons contains about 18% fat





Table cream contains 10% fat.
