I'm living in an area where cream is difficult to come by and am hoping to work with what I have. Does anyone know?Can I make cream from Condensed Milk?
Evaporated milk will work, however to insure rich creamy taste, combine 1/2 stick butter and 4 tbs flour into a paste, stir into evap milk while heating. I also add 1/2-1 C parmisian cheese to finish sauce.Can I make cream from Condensed Milk?

I personally use Eagle brand condensed milk. It will make your ice cream very rich and creamy. It takes slighty longer to freeze but it is well worth the effort
Condensed milk has sugar in it, and is very syrupy. Do you mean evaporated milk?
