How do you make sweet cream cheese?

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. But if you just want to sweeten the cr.chz., try mixing some honey into it. You have to get the cr.chz . to room temp before you can add anything to it and I've found things mix in better if you beat the chz a little first. You can make any flavour of cr.chz you want. I like to mix in some cherry pie filling for spreading on croissants. Drained mandarin orange sections and some grated orange zest mixed in goes great with baked fish.
