How do you make whipped cream without heavy cream?

I just made mini chocolate cakes and found that they would taste better with some whipped cream. I have no heavy cream, and I can't go to the store to get some. Is it possible to make it without it? If so, whats the recipe?How do you make whipped cream without heavy cream?

From two eggs, remove the yolk put it on a whipping bowl add powder sugar ( 10x sugar ) and whipped until becomes a like a cream...You can use regular sugar but you are going to need a hand held blender to whipped it.

Soy Whipped Cream


(makes enough to top one pie)





1/4 Cup soy milk


1/2 Cup oil


1 Tablespoon maple syrup


1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract





Place soy milk and 1/4 cup oil in a blender. Blend at highest speed and slowly drizzle in remaining 1/4 cup oil. Blend in syrup and vanilla. Add a little more oil if necessary to thicken. Chill and serve.





Note: This recipe does not work well on damp, rainy days.

sorry you need whipping/heavy cream. nothing else dairy will thicken. do you have any instant pudding or frosting in the house? or you can melt chocolate and make a quick glaze for your cupcakes.
