Would a cream cheese and bleu cheese spread be good? Or would it not taste right?

I am talking about mixing them together. Would it be gross?Would a cream cheese and bleu cheese spread be good? Or would it not taste right?
It can be very good but I suggest adding other ingredients as well. Adding some garlic and fresh parsley would be very good. You might also want to mix in a few tablespoons of sour cream or yougert to thin out the mixture and make it more spreadable.Would a cream cheese and bleu cheese spread be good? as long as you mix them well,,i dont see why not..i have imprevised and made blue cheese dressing with blue cheese, sour cream, and vinager..and i have added cream cheese to salsa before to make a southwestern dip...i was supposed to use cheeder but didnt have any...i used cream cheese instead..it looks gross to mix at first but as long as its softened and you mix it well into whatever your making its fine.
You may need to add a tablespoon or 2 of milk to help them to blend smoothly together.
It would be very good! It would lessen the bite of the bleu cheese and add some serious flavor to the cream cheese. I'd spread it on a delicious garlic bagel or a roast beef sandwich...It's making me hungry just thinking about it!
that would be fabulous spread on celery, sprinkle paprika on top to make it look nice.
I think it would be gross . You might try a 1/2 teaspoon of each together and taste it. Good question.
